With the continuous improvement of China's space science and solar science research,the solar observation has gradually entered the high-resolution high-precision observation stage.In view of requirements by the high resolution observation,the traditional high-precision solar sensor has been unable to meet the needs of high precision positioning on the high-resolution solar telescopes.In the context of the application of solar observation,this paper presents a small field of view,arc-second high precision solar sensor design and implementation.Combined with the experience of high-precision solar sensor research at home and abroad,after comparing the characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of detectors such as CCD and CMOS APS and photodiodes,this paper select the cross differential detector acts as a sensor for solar sensors to meet the requirements of high precision and quick response speed.This solar sensor is mainly composed of two parts: optical and mechanical structure and circuit system.The arc-second high precision solar sensor uses the cross differential detector to convert optical signal into electrical signals,and the signal acquisition and information processing circuit to complete the system error correction and compensation,and calculate the sun angle value as the digital output value.The factors influencing the measurement accuracy are analyzed and calculated.By correcting and compensating with internal parameter modeling,external parameter modeling and linear regression,the system error is analyzed and verified.In this paper,the prototype was tested and calibrated on the ground test system composed of the solar simulator and the high-precision two-dimensional turntable.Also,the ground test was carried out the labotary under the real solar.After testing,it is verified that the performance indexes of the sun sensor develop in this paper meet the expected requirements:the resolution is 0.3",the measurement accurary is 2”,the field of view is 1 ° × 1 °.
