| As one of widely used lifting equipment,crawler cranes are flexible and suitable for various working conditions and environment.In order to ensure the safety and stability of the whole work,crawler cranes need to set up different types of safety devices.The hydraulic anti-dumping devices are one of the safety devices for the crawler cranes,which use high and low voltage switching mode of operation and play an important role in the anti-overturning stability of the whole machine and the backrest suppression of the boom.In the event of a non-standard operation that causes a sudden unloading hazard condition,the anti-dumping device starts to function and prevents the boom from tilting and reduces the vibration cycle by continuously absorbing energy.Based on the consideration of economy and safety,the method of virtual prototype simulation is used to simulate the backlash,and the change rule of sudden unloading coefficient is also studied.750t large-scale crawler crane with main arm is analyzed when the case of a sudden unloading happens,The research object is determined as the boom system and the hydraulic anti-dumping system,and the research object is modeled according to the rigid and soft division principle.Firstly,rigid body and boom models are established in ADAMS software and ANSYS,a neutral file is filed into ADAMS.Meanwhile,the model of the hydraulic system is established in the AMESim software.By setting the joint emulation interface to achieve ADAMS and AMESim data interaction,and then achieve two types of software joint simulation.Based on the ADAMS-AMESim joint simulation model,the ADAMS model of the hydraulic module is compared with the existing model and the rationality of the model is verified under the same conditions and parameters.Then using co-simulation for different working weights,angles,sudden unloading time and arm length analyses dynamic characteristics of boom and anti-dumping system,the change rule of sudden unloading coefficient is also analyzed.Using the joint simulation model,the dynamic characteristics of boom system and the hydraulic anti-dumping system is studied when the unloading is carried out slowly,and the variation law of the sudden unloading coefficient is analyzed under different working conditions.This paper provides a method for the design and development of the crawler crane.The analysis of the dynamic characteristics for the hydraulic anti-dumping system provides areference for the design and optimization of the anti-dumping devices.The discussion of sudden unloading coefficient can be the basis for crawler crane design and calculation. |
