The Design And Development Of A Trailer Based On Carbon Fiber Composite Structure And Plate Composite

Recreational Vehicle(RV)as a new way of tourism coming into the country,people gradually began to try this way which is a set of cars and hotels of the leisure mode.In the purchase of RV,people pay attention not only is the safety of RV,as well as the shape and the personalization,comfort and practicality.Compared to the self-propelled RV,travel trailer A type has a lower price and more suitable to Chinese development trend,so this article puts forward some innovative ideas about the design of travel trailer A-type.RV processing technology is small batch,multi-species,to adapt to this feature,the designer need to design a low-cost,high-performance RV.In this paper,using the concept of modular design and carbon fiber honeycomb composite structure to design a personalized and lightweight RV,taking into account the needs of both customization and low,providing a new design idea to travel trailer A type.The design of the travel trailer is based on the combination of plate about the car box design,studying the design of the various plates in detail.Through the introduction of carbon fiber honeycomb composite structure,the weight of the box decreases as much as possible to meet the requirements of lightweight.The corresponding solutions are given for the possible problems with the connected parts.In addition,in the plate splicing and honeycomb board embedded parts put forward other aspects of innovation,using a new process structure which easier assembly and construct.For the interior of the travel trailer layout,this article also makes a detailed analysis.Due to the limitations of the internal space,the design of internal layout makes a special request: full-featured,easy to use,save space and so on.According to the different using functions,the interior is divided into: leisure area,kitchen area and bathroom area,according to the use of customs and related laws and regulations making a detailed description of the three regions.In addition,interior furniture are also fully meeting the requirements of the lightweight.Finally,the cost of this travel trailer is analyzed.Through the use of carbon fiber honeycomb composite structure and modular design ideas,it is successfully to control the travel trailer's material costs and production costs,thereby reducing the total cost.
