Based On The Intelligent Modular Office Space Research

With people living standard gradually improved,as well as the quickening of the globalization process,People have to live at a faster pace and suffer from huge presure.So people own more expectation to their office environment.The traditional office environment is not enough to satisfy the demand of the modern officers.Designers need a new kind of design concept to improve the traditional ways.Recently,the application of intelligent modular design has paid much attention.The core of modular design is that it can make the product or a combination of the space overall for rapid loading and unloading.Intelligent modular design as a kind of new design ideas,can solve many disadvantages in traditional design,such as lack of flexibility in the space,office environment on the comfort level is low,the lack of human nature concern,do not accord with the requirement of sustainable development,etc.This paper is going to research for the intelligent modular design in the application of office space.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction,the details of the background,research significance,domestic and international research status,literature review,research methods and paper framework.The second part summarizes the process of office space development and office space,introduces the evolution of office space from the embryonic form in the 17 th century to the formation of intelligent office space in the 1990 s,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the smart modular office space in the application of bedding.The third part introduces the concept the characteristics of module,modularization,intelligent modularization,and how intelligent modularization can be applied to interior space.Summed up that the modular design contain a holistic,standardized,modular and service objects for the module with four characteristics of the product for the study provides a theoretical basis.The fourth part mainly discusses the advantages and necessity of intelligent modular introduction into office space.This paper briefly analyzes the problems in the traditional office space,and leads to the application of the intelligent modula.The fifth part puts forward the application principle of intelligent modularization in office space,namely,holistic,people-oriented,dynamic adaptability and individualization.The last part summarizes the methods,combinations and design processes of intelligent modular in office space.At the end of the article,we need look forward to the future.
