Prefabricated Construction Organization Design Based On BIM Technology

At present,China vigorously advocated prefabricated construction and the development of BIM technology.Various universities enterprises have actively participated in the research and practice.Scientific preparation of construction organization directly affects company earnings.With the development of prefabricated construction projects,environment pollution has reduced and construction industry has developed sustainably.However,we found the problems that the project data is multiple and difficult to be saved and queried quickly,the participants have little coordination,and the simple text visualization level is low and so on.Therefore,we can introduce the BIM technology into prefabricated construction organization to ensure the construction site in an orderly manner and promote the prefabricated building to get better and faster development.Through the literature,this article first introduces talent ? material and machine of prefabricated construction and what its construction organizations included.With exploring the concept,characteristics and value of BIM,,and the BIM software involved.In view of much information?paper data difficultly to save and low visibility in the traditional construction management,BIM technology is introduced into the construction organization design to participate in the process management,and play the value of BIM technology in the construction stage.Aiming at the prefabricated project of Jinan,BIM technology is applied to the construction organization design.Through the applying of analysis of the BIM technology in the preparation phase,progress,quality,cost and other aspects,it can put forward the solution to the existing problems.At the same time,in the above links,BIM team and functional departments will upload the different formats of information to the database,and put forward the way of information collection,transmission and sharing,to provide the reference value for similar projects.
