Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,The power electronic equipments were widely used in numerous fields,at the same time,the problem of power grid harmonic wave is increasingly serious,it has made a negative influence on people’s daily life and production,it has been attached great importance by related organizations at home and abroad.How to improve the power efficiency,reduce the volume further and implement green power has been an important subject nowadays.This paper studies a single phase high-frequency rectifier of high power factor and efficient based on the Boost and phase-shift full bridge DC/DC circuit with pfc and soft-switching.On the basis of reviewing the background,development course and research status in domestic and overseas of pfc and soft-switching,this paper analyzes the composition and operating principle of Boost and phase shift full bridge DC/DC circut,calculating and selecting the main components of the main circuit.analysis and design the hardware circuit of the high-frequency rectifier control system.This article selects the state space averaging method,on the basis of seting up the small signal model of Boost and phase shift full bridge DC/DC circut respectively,studies a control method that current controlled by repetitive controller and voltage controlled by PI controller for PFC circut,and show the design process of current repetitive controller in detail;Analyzes a double closed-loop control method that current and voltage controlled by PI controller for phase shift full bridge zvs circut.This paper designs the structural framework of the software process control,and show the analysis and explanation of the main program and subprogram.Finally,simulating for the high-frequency rectifier with building the module circut to verify the feasibility of structure selection,parameter design and control method in main circuit.Set up the experimental platform,to make a high-frequency rectifier prototype,the experimental studies were carried out that the power factor close to 1,and the switching tube of phase shift full bridge circut has realized soft-switching basically,the efficiency of the power is high,the resault verifies the correctness of the design research in this paper.
