As an important part of the automobile,the automobile lamp provides a good night lighting for the driver,at the same time,it also takes into account the needs of appearance.All LED headlights are all light sources are all LED headlights,that is,small power signals and high-power lighting(high beam / low beam)are LED light source.At present,the world's most famous car company(Mercedes Benz,BMW,Audi,etc.)has been studying the intelligent function of all LED headlamps,China's full LED headlamps in the research and application of the field is still catching up.All LED headlights intelligent function called AFS(Adaptive Front-Lighting System),also known as the car's adaptive headlight system or intelligent headlamp system.In this paper,a passenger car headlamps as the object to study the realization of the general function of LED headlamps and intelligent functions related technologies,the main contents are as follows:1.Full LED headlamps lighting functionThe optical circuit schematic is designed by optical theory.Based on CATIA,the far and near light module is designed,which solves the problem of heat dissipation and structure of high power LED lighting,and realizes the function of far and near light with LED as light source.2.Full LED headlights intelligent functionAll LED headlights intelligent function is highly automatic adjustment,with the steering,high beam glare,etc..In this study,through the adjustment of the angle of the stepper motor,the automatic adjustment of the headlight height and the follow-up steering are realized.Through the research of the mechanical rotating shaft and the matrix headlight,the adaptive high beam is realized,which solves the problem of high beam glare.High beam glare is one of the important contents of this study.High beam glare has always been a problem affecting driving safety.Due to the use of high light vehicle drivers,pedestrians,the problem of becoming increasingly serious,has led to tens of thousands of traffic accidents.In this study,the anti glare technology can solve the majority of the driver's pain points(high beam glare),so that the driver of the vehicle to optimize the use of high beam-not only to ensure their own vision,but also to avoid the other driver dazzling.3.Full LED headlamp signal functionThrough the research of the design and development of light guide and light plate,the function of signal lamp with LED as light source is realized.Solve the problem of uneven band.4.Design and development of the whole lampThrough the external lens,glue groove,shell,design and development of the decoration ring,realize the function of each part of the whole lamp,and solves the problem of fog,the sun.5.Simulation of the whole lampThrough the optical simulation of the full LED headlamps,thermal simulation,vibration simulation,simulation of fog,sun burning simulation,the design is in line with national standards.Save development costs and development time.The study of the full LED headlamps,with the most advanced smart headlamp function,to fill the gaps in the domestic LED headlamps.
