With the elastic glue needle packaging technology widely used in jewelry,hair accessories,knitting plant-based,household goods,toys,DIY tools,kitchen utensils,and other packaging,the researchers pay more and more attention to elastic glue needle and its application in the equipment in the field of packaging.The elastic glue needle machine used at home and abroad has many shortage,such as less adaptable,Low feeding precision,feeding desynchrony,cutting asymmetrical.These defects have seriously restrict the promotion and automation development.So In order to make up for the defects existing in the existing elastic glue needle machine,the author research a automatic packing elastic glue needle machine.This paper Through in-depth study of elastic glue needle materia at home and abroad currently used in the automatic packaging production of needle material structure and corresponding packaging equipment.It was found that the elastic glue needle application is divided into rail with a boss and the rail without the boss.And the corresponding equipment: A pusher dog type double cylinder to drive the feeding device of the elastic glue needle machine,The other is a feeding device of elastic glue needle feeding machine single cylinder driven gear.Based on the analysis of elastic glue needle packing process automatic packaging machine and use requirements,based on the theoretical analysis of the key mechanism,put forward the mechanical structure of a practical,simple,reliable and general,applicable to the rail with a boss and the rail with convex and elastic plastic needle is thinner and longer and expand the packaging machine packaging specification and scope of use;and the key components of the glue needle dial claw mechanism,feeding mechanism,needle cutting mechanism etc.The design principle and structure characteristics have been researched and designed in detail.In this paper,the three-dimensional model of the parts was model through the CAD software,the construction of the motion was model,the movement of the various agencies was analyzed,optimization of the structure was prsposed,so as to better meet the elastic needle packaging technology.And this paper analyzes the key components rocker's finite element static analysis and fatigue strength,calculates fatigue life of the rocker in the limit load conditions,and the fatigue performance of the rocker is estimated through a variety of evaluation index,and its structure was optimized accordingly.The elastic glue needle machine developed in this paper compared with the existing elastic glue needle machine technology,it makes up for the poor generality,the complex mechanical structure,high maintenance cost,low feeding precision,unstable operation etc,and greatly improves the working stability of the elastic glue needle machine,makes packaging more efficient,so as to effectively meet the needs of today's society needs of elastic glue needle machine for automatic packaging.
