Aiming at the problem of insufficient measurement accuracy in the continuous measurement of powder materials in the packaging industry,the precision measurement system of powder packaging based on MTALAB was designed by fuzzy control theory.This paper studies from the following aspects:1.Analysis the control method of powder material measurement process.2.Apply the fuzzy control theory and technology,design the fuzzy control system of the powder material measurement.Build the fuzzy PID controller simulation platform by Matlab SIMULINK toolbox.The effect of fuzzy PID control and PID control system is compared by the simulation platform.The simulation results show that the fuzzy PID parameter auto-tuning has better effect than the traditional PID,fuzzy PID control system response speeder,with higher precision and smaller overshoot.3.Design the main mechanical structure,including the feeding mechanism and precision measurement institutions.4.The hardware part,mainly contain the selection and design of PLC and other control system module,combining the Siemens S7200 PLC and weighing instrument.For the software,design the fuzzy PID control algorithm implementation ideas based on PLC and the touch screen interface.Through the PID control and fuzzy control compound,to achieve the powder material measurement precision control.
