In recent years,with the rapid development of highway transportation industry in China,until the end of 2015,the national highway traffic mileage reached 4.5773 million kilometers,highway traffic mileage of 123500 kilometers,which accounts for over 80% of asphalt pavement.In China at present most of the roads have been into the period of maintenance,maintenance process of highway construction waste material caused greatly pollution to the environment.So pavement regeneration technology more and more attention,pavement regeneration can realize recycling of waste materials,not only improve the resources recycling and protecting the environment.Cold regeneration pavement technology is one of the types of pavement regeneration technology,has not been widespread application in our country.Foamed asphalt cold recycled mixture and emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture performance difference between is unclear.So in this paper,the mechanism of cold recycled asphalt mixture,properties have been studied.This article first to the bubble cold recycled asphalt and emulsified cold recycled asphalt preparation mechanism of the two kinds of modified asphalt with two kinds of cold recycled asphalt mixture strength mechanism analyzed.Then of recycled asphalt mixture,cold regeneration of asphalt mixture and the common regeneration technology are reviewed.Then based on the laboratory test method of foam cold recycled asphalt and emulsified cold recycled asphalt has carried on the design,the design includes specifications for raw materials and performance analysis,and according to the requirements of specification according to the result of milling planer and material screening of foam cold recycled asphalt and emulsified cold recycled asphalt type AC-25 mix proportion design of asphalt mixture,determine the optimum asphalt content and optimum moisture content,and analyzed the keeping in good health condition,the dosage of cement and blending ratio of milling planer,the influence of the strength of cold recycled asphalt mixture.Finally studied the bubble of cold reclaimed asphalt and emulsified cold asphalt high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance,water stability and ability to resist loose.In this paper,we study showed that the emulsified cold recycled asphalt mixture and foam cold recycled asphalt mixture optimum asphalt content were 4.5% and 2.5% respectively;Cold recycled asphalt mixture is suitable for keeping in good health condition is: don't demoulding curing after 1 d + demoulding in 40 oven curing 3 d;?With the increase of milling planer material blending ratio,the strength of the cold recycled asphalt mixture decreases gradually,milling planer material blending ratio can be controlled in 80%;Comparative analysis of emulsified cold asphalt mixture of regeneration and bubble after cold recycled asphalt mixture performance: high temperature stability of the emulsified cold recycled asphalt mixture is slightly inferior to bubble cold recycled asphalt mixture,loose resistance is better than that of foam cold recycled asphalt mixture.Two kinds of cold recycled asphalt mixture water stability and low-temperature anti-cracking performance.
