Construction project schedule control is one of the key control objectives of construction,is to ensure the completion of construction projects,scientific arrangements for resource supply,saving construction costs important management content.The construction of the project is to contract period is a resource center axis(capital,manpower,materials,equipment,construction plan)allocation activities,the unreasonable design is the delay period of ten in the first row of risk risk.Water construction management technology plays an important role in the process of engineering management,is evaluated as an efficient,scientific and rational management technology.This technique makes use of planning,on this basis,through the reasonable of project to reorganize distribution,to ensure balanced construction strength and continuity,thus greatly shortening the construction period,reduce unnecessary expenses,while also plays a certain role in project cost control.The Yi Jing Wan housing project as an example,using the related theory and technology,research on building construction,construction schedule schedule optimization and schedule control method,the first in-depth analysis of project schedule management,pipeline construction,network planning related theory and method is proposed for schedule control system of the project management status of a good theoretical basis;secondly the schedule system of Yi Jing Wan residential construction research.The analysis of corporate status and Yi Jing Wan residential situation and actual demand,with the network plan as the basis,characteristics and characteristics of the construction plan,construction of hierarchical planning system model is consistent with the Yi Jing Wan residential building construction schedule;to study again the optimization of Yi Jing Wan residential schedule.In the foundation of Yi Jing Wan residential planning system,the research on project planning optimization problem and resource constrained problems common in engineering,the mathematical optimization algorithm and hierarchical planning system combined to solve the optimization problem in the schedule,finally study Yi Jing Wan residential schedule control and protection measures.The construction progress of the project implementation is dynamic,and also is a multi-objective optimization problem,managers are required to continue to take control measures to adjust the actual schedule,the project schedule,quality and cost target to achieve the overall optimal.At the same time,the successful realization of the project plan needs other related plans and guarantee measures.Project construction is a complex project,the environment is complex and changeable,regardless of changes in the internal environment and external environment will have an impact on the progress of the project management and so on project schedule management should also take dynamic management,make corresponding adjustment and Optimization in time according to the engineering change,to ensure the smooth progress toward management goals.This research not only brings huge economic benefits to the construction enterprises,but also improves the whole project schedule management level,at the same time,it can provide reference for the progress control of similar projects.
