A Study On The Public Open Space Control In Urban Renewal Of Shenzhen

With the rapid development of urbanization process in Shenzhen,the phenomenon which the existing space is insufficient become more and more obvious,Shenzhen begin to focus on the construction activities of urban renewal,but the core purpose of urban renewal is to explore the potential economic value of the land,it need to be further explored what's the situation of public open space which can't generate economic benefits directly,in the process of urban renewal.Therefore,this paper intends to summarize the urban renewal activities in Shenzhen since 2012,trying to view the urban renewal from the overall level and the case level,especially the situation of the reconstruction projects on public open space control.There are seven parts in this paper.The first part is the introduction of the research,putting forward the background and frame of the research.The second part and the third part are about theoretical research,putting forward the relevant concept and research.The fourth to sixth part are about empirical research,putting forward the characteristics and situation of public open space control.The last part is the discussion and conclusion.The details are follows:The second part defines the concept of urban renewal,public open space and public open space in urban renewal and clear the specific research scope.The third part summarize the former sequence study and the trends of relevant research.The fourth part introduces the contents and characteristics of public open space control in Shenzhen city renewal.The fifth part chooses the index of per capita area as the evaluation index of public open space control,and analysis the difference between urban renewal and zoning on the per capita area of public open space.The sixth part summarizes some factors that affect the plan control of public open space based on some cases about urban village renewal and industry renewal.
