It is common for major industries and enterprises to have their own power plants in China.Among those plants,the economic efficiency has been hard to boost which mainly falls on two reasons.On one hand,it is the safety not the profit that has attracted the most attention during the past few years;On the other hand,planned economic system and lagged technology have hindered the improvement of the economy of power plants.When it comes to the thermal power plant which focuses on heat supply,the wish to enhance economy becomes more eager and urgent.This paper takes two double extraction condensing steam turbines with the type of CC50-9.5/4.0/1.27 used in thermal power plant in South China as example.It makes economic analysis of the thermodynamic system in the method of Serial algorithm which is commonly based on.Combined with the small perturbation theory,this essay also builds the calculation model of unit when it runs under the condition of off-design.Besides,based on Flugel formula and work efficiency principle,each parameter of the turbine is calculated under the water swell of the turbine side.The unit used here is level group.As for any thermal system,level group is divided by extracting opening and calculated the parameters when variable condition is certain.This paper gets the conclusion that the performance of assembling unit recess when any heater in regenerative system stop working and the performance turns better as the amount of regenerative machine rises.This conclusion is drawn on the basis of using the assumed model and calculating several running plans.From the calculation,steam consumption characteristic equation and diagrams are clear.Then,economic analysis is made on different schemes.Bus-Pipe-Type thermal system runs on the assumption that the newly-generated steam was 500t/h,620t/h and 700t/h,and the operating status changes if the steam flow and heating load transfer.On the condition that the heating supply meets the requirement of industry,the best way is to make one assembly run its percents of capacity and the other one keeps the remaining load running.It is more economic and productive than other schemes like one runs at certain load and the other runs the left.When the allocation proportion of the condensation water in the inlet header becomes uneven and the gap widens,the unit efficiency increases as well.When it comes to the inlet pine of the deaerator and high-pressure heater,the turnout reverses.Only when the proportion is evenly allocated,the efficiency reaches the pit.Finally,the conclusion comes out.When water supply position is changed to condenser,the performance boosts as the waste heat is reused.It's a way to reduce the waste of energy and helpful to make it economically-friendly.
