Power lines are one of the main electricity facilities of power system,stability and correct operations of it are the security and fault-free of power system to be based.Electricity tower and overhead power transmission lines which distributed in the field may appear abnormal phenomenon such as displacement and other issues,disturbed by many external factors,it results in disastrous accidents,bringing a strong negative impact on the social economy and people's life.Researching on methods for displacement monitoring of power lines has attracted great attention.In the practice of the electric power lines engineering,navigation and positioning technology is mainly used to collect and analyze information,optimize lines' design and monitor deformation,etc.It has the features of high accuracy,high reliability and other characteristics,comparing with the traditional measurement techniques.In this paper,positioning technology based on Compass/GPS is applied to electrical engineering surveys,which can improve the investigation efficiency,guarantee the quality of the projects,and reduce trouble.This article introduced carrier phase observables and the basic theory of differentiation positioning method,some means which can eliminate the delay of the satellite clock error,receiver clock error and the troposphere effectively,are shown in detail.Having a discussion on the problem how to switch reference frame,preprocess measured data and model the carrier phase double differential relative positioning for fusion technology of compass/GPS integration.Achieving the best constellation distribution through a algorithm for selecting stars,discussing and expounding the method of cycle slips' detection and repair exactly,the weighted least square method has been applied to the parameter estimation,the drawn float solution need fix ambiguity and then counting more optimized again.Implementing the monitoring satellite positioning algorithm of power lines abnormal displacement by programming,data provided by SOPAC are used to verify the precision of observations.
