Along with the development of offshore oil and application of offshore equipment,people put more emphasis on their performance,vibration and noise problems of drilling platform wellhead area receive more attention.In this paper,the basic theory of the drill string vibration has been studied,refer to the design of safety slips,we design wellhead vibration measurement device with the chain link type,which is suitable for different sizes of the drill string,and field applications has been done,we collect the drillstring vibration signals in different working conditions at real-time,and analysis shows major bands within 500Hz,the composite drilling vibration signal exhibits certain regularity.Based on the analysis of onshore drilling noise and offshore drilling noise,we analyze the basic characteristics of drilling noise by field data,compare the differences.By studying the basic theory of acoustics,noise numerical methods and drilling platform noise environments,the integrated application of acoustic finite element method,acoustic boundary element method and their hybrid approach,relying on professional acoustics software,at the excitation of complex drilling conditions,calculate and analyze the vibro-acoustic response of target platform under composite drilling,analyze the basic characteristics of typical field point SPL,deck sound power levels and sound radiation level,etc.,comparison theoretical value with the field data shows noise mainly from drilling noise after 1000Hz,at 0-1000Hz is mainly caused by the noise of other equipment.Study on the methods of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,research on drilling noise management risk assessment,propose a feasibility method of noise risk management and evaluation,determine the noise assessment according to the noise standard NR curve,drilling noise has bad impact on people,it is necessary to carry out researching on people's unsafe behavior.In this paper,propose the initial solution on research of vibration and noise of wellhead area,from data collection,data processing and analysis,numerical calculation,risk assessment to hazard analysis,with a certain reference on performance of the drilling platform,acoustic design and other aspects.
