With the vigorous development of the domestic automobile industry in recent years,domestic car sales was a blowout.Car design in ensuring the basic function,also more and more personalized and humanized.On the one hand of automobile comfort demand is higher and higher,car configuration is also on the rise year by year,the number of load increase significantly.On the other hand,due to the crisis of energy resources,turbocharged engine,hybrid and pure electric vehicles are widely application development.Braking power system in the process of different models of development,how to ensure the safe and effective braking both economy and comfort become a research subject of this article.Project research first on brake booster system and comprehensive sorting and summary.In conventional car braking power system structure and the main components of the basic working principle,structural form and basic performance of common has carried on the detailed instructions.This paper discusses the theoretical basis of the minimum vacuum brake booster,the minimum vacuum degree is calculated by MATLAB programming,for the brake booster provides the theory basis for the vehicle calibration and matching.According to conventional naturally aspirated vehicles,hybrid and pure electric vehicles designed intermittent brake booster,introduces the common form of structure,working principle,the vehicle environment,hardware requirements,software requirements,communication needs,security needs,and calibration requirements.At last,through the vehicle test to the design of intermittent brake assist system is verified.Considering the cost problem of intermittent brake booster system,from the perspective of EMS calibration,matches by the software and the calibrated to real-time monitoring of the change of vacuum in the vacuum booster,timely control the open and close of air conditioning and engine speed,extraction of the excess air in the power system,improve the vacuum degree of vacuum booster system will achieve the required braking the lower limit of vacuum degree and to ensure that the vehicle braking performance,to lower the cost of the vehicle provides a solution.Limited by EMS calibration of fuel economy and comfort of the problems of brake booster and turbocharged engine as a result of the widespread use of the problem of low vacuum,increased based on the vacuum booster and the design of the mechanical vacuumpump brake booster,from vacuum degree enhancement effect,under the condition of the stability of the effect and the recovery rate of braking several aspects elaborated the vacuum booster vehicle usage,through road test card can meet the using demand of the vehicle;For turbo engine,also restricted by intermittent vacuum booster cost problem,scheme of mechanical vacuum pump is designed to meet the needs of the braking system under various working conditions.This article expounds the braking power system design,through the real vehicle matching and calibration,through the vehicle durability test.The results showed that different braking power system can good meet the demand of the use of the vehicle,Need according to the real vehicle market positioning and selection of power supply do targeted.
