Oscilloscope which is widely used in electronics and electrical industry as a kind of popular test equipment can make electrical signal that can not be observed by our naked eyes be shown in the form of waves and graphics,thus the electrical phenomenon can be well observed,measured and recorded.Because of the large size and poor portability,traditional oscilloscope brought a lot of inconvenience to the field test and outdoor test,and the portable oscilloscope is a good solution to this problem.Nowadays with the rapid development of wearable devices,to build electrical testing and measurement system in the form of wearable devices,and achieve the relevant functions of the oscilloscope and wave generator can bring great convenience and flexibility to outdoor testing.A system of integrated electrical measurement and testing is presented in this paper with the goal of low power consumption and convenience in wrist wearable form.Using PSo C5 LP board as the development platform,the conditioning circuit with analog to digital converter(ADC)collects the electrical signal,and digital signal is converted to analog signal through digital to analog converter(DAC)to achieve the function of the waveform generating.The direct memory access channel(DMA)is used as a bridge between the memory and on-chip peripherals to achieve rapid transmission of data.The voltage value and peak to peak value can be get with further calculation of the data in memory,and spectrum of electrical signal can be get with Fast Fourier Transform(FFT)which converts time domain signal to frequency domain information.SHARP 2.7-inch memory LCD with 400*240 pixels is used as a display module for waveform drawing,menu and related information display.CC2541 Bluetooth Low Energy module is used to share the data to other Bluetooth devices so as to realize the sharing of data.At last,the functions are integrated,and the whole test and measurement system is constructed by state machine which is controlled and operated by physical buttons.Integrated electrical test measurement system realized on signal acquisition,wave display,waveform generation and information sharing.Information related to waveform can be clearly demonstrated,and the operation is simple,easy to use.Each module of the system has the characteristics of low power consumption,which is in accordance with the requirements of wearable devices.The system of integrated electrical measurement can provide convenience for outdoor testing,and the function of data sharing can improve the efficiency of the work team.
