| This paper is discussed the design of the tunnel lighting system based on the AC LED light engine.The system is usesd by ARM technology to achieve intelligent controller of highway tunnel lighting system,and SCR dimming control is integrated to adapt AC LED light engine.Some excellent equipment such as distributed intelligent energy-saving power supply system,ARM intelligent lighting controller is used in the Lotus Hill No.2 tunnel lighting engineering design scheme selection,However,it is a design engineering application of new energy saving products.Firstly,the background of the Lotus Hill 2 tunnel lighting project,the tunnel power supply and lighting engineering design basis are discussed in this paper.The environmental conditions and traffic conditions of tunnel 2 in Lotus Hill are analyzed,and the possible smoke concentration in the tunnel is deduced with the whole jet longitudinal ventilation scheme.Then the main characteristics of the AC LED light engine are analyzed,and the technical parameters of the AC LED optical engine are summarized.a set of innovative Lotus Hill 2 tunnel lighting program is proposed,the tunnel lighting all the AC LED light engine lighting,Then the hardware circuit design of LED tunnel lighting intelligent controller is finished including the design of Atmegal6 peripheral circuit,power supply circuit,real-time clock circuit,signal acquisition circuit,temperature signal acquisition circuit,sound signal acquisition circuit,current signal acquisition circuit,LCD display circuit,keyboard circuit,SCR dimmer circuit,RS485 the communication circuit,and the device selection and parameter calculation of above circuit is completed.the next step for the design of system software is to lay a solid foundation.Then the tunnel LED lighting intelligent controller software design is introduced such as the main software modules including tunnel lighting state detection,RS485 communication and tunnel lighting intelligent control,etc..LED lighting controller of the main program and the various procedures are analyzed using C language to write the program.Finally,serial debugging assistant is used to debug on LED tunnel lighting intelligent controller,the test results show that the tunnel LED lighting controller hardware and software is designed to arrive stable operation,good performance.the RS485 communication software is correct,simple and efficient design of intelligent controller is used to improve the work efficiency and reliability. |
