This project,based on the Nanning bridge prefabricated and hoisting construction,deeply study the large span and large width,large tonnage hoisting cableway design and construction,and to solve the ropeway large tonnage,long distance lateral movement of the saddle cable crane design,and even ropeway in solving multi condition and multi machine parallel multi machine and multi machine synchronous programming logic operation centralized control and monitoring.This paper designed a combined tower crane buckle economic and reasonable ",and establish the finite element model of the whole construction process of computer simulation,to provide a reliable basis for structure layout optimization and layout of monitoring points on the foundation of analysising the stress and deformation characteristics.the design of large tonnage and long distance device can not only reliably traverse saddle saddle sliding safety,it's also simple,high efficiency,and meet the vertical lifting arch and girder segmental requirements;Through video monitoring system,monitor can always grasp the working conditions of hoisting system,and facilitate the inspection of aerial parts in any placethe;This device realizes multi condition synchronization control technology hoists,this technology should be operable,reduce labor intensity,reduce the winch operator,reduce the accident probability;The application of industrial control in the control of electrical cable crane,and use " WINCC=CMMS(human-computer interface control)PLCABB variable frequency drive system to the three level control system;The large tonnage and long distance cable saddle cable crane proposed in this paper is to improve the civil engineering construction mechanization and modernization degree play a vital role to ensure the construction safety and engineering quality control,to ensure efficient and stable,and to provid a powerful guarantee for the construction of safe production.
