| Jiang-Luling tunnel is the control projects of national highway 214 Gonghe to Yushu Road,tunnel import and export more than 4300 meters altitude,tDuring the tunnel excavation,the surrounding rock and initial support of large deformation,resulting in initial support cracking,invasion,face rock collapse and the invert drum,two lining cracking.This paper relying on Jiang-Luling carbonaceous shale tunnel with large deformation,by means of field investigation,laboratory test,field test and numerical analysis,the mechanical parameters of surrounding rock of tunnel,the deformation characteristics,support parameters and construction scheme research,carry out the main work and research results are as follows:(1)the strength parameters and deformation parameters of carbon shale were obtained through laboratory remodeling.Compared to the existing norms,Jiang-Lu Ling coal shale tunnel rock mechanics parameters should be low,as a kind of special geological tunnel design and construction.(2)Through the analysis and summary,summarizes the 6 failure modes of Jiang-Luling carbonaceous shale tunnel and 4 kinds of deformation characteristics,and from the inside and outside for comprehensive analysis of the reasons of the large deformation of tunnel.(3)By acoustic method,multi point displacement,numerical simulation,obtained the distribution of plastic zone and loose range of jiang-LuLing tunnel,the tunnel surrounding rock plastic zone range: 15~32m.(4)According to the different supporting parameters analysis,put forward the reasonable supporting parameters Jiang-Lu Ling tunnel.(5)Through the comparison of the numerical simulation analysis of the step down method,the steps + temporary invert method and side heading method of three kinds of construction projects,combined with the factors of cold climate characteristics,construction environment,mechanical efficiency,put forward step method for tunnel excavation method of Jiang-Lu ling tunnel. |
