For the past few years,The increasing traffic volume and tire pressure of increasingly complex and traffic conditions in southern Xinjiang,On the performance of asphalt roadbed using puts forward stricter requirement.The stand or fall of aggregate and asphalt adhesion directly affects the performance of pavements,Adhesive has many influence factors,and thus improve the adhesion of the method also has a lot of.For specific project in southern xinjiang areas,Due to the property defects in aggregate,The aggregate and asphalt adhesion to become a big problem.In order to reduce the spalling of asphalt and aggregate,guarantee the performance of asphalt mixture,It is necessary for southern xinjiang property aggregate and asphalt adhesion test and research.In this paper,we study on water stability of asphalt mixture performance,Analysis of mechanism of the improvement of the asphalt mixture water stability,The research on water stability of asphalt mixture performance evaluation methods,With the line S215 Sanchakou ~ Shache highway project as the backing,Antistripping agent and southern xinjiang region stone compatibility studies,Ultimately determines the antistripping agent selection and application solutions.First read relevant literature,field reconnaissance experience,On the basis of predecessors' research on water stability of asphalt mixture,water stability performance mechanism analysis.Secondly on the basis of domestic and foreign research data and existing specifications,at the same time,combined with the site data,experimental study on water stability of asphalt mixture performance evaluation method.Finally based on past experience and combined with the actual situation of Sanchakou ~ Shache highway,Through the method of aggregate and asphalt increase bonding,mixture water stability improvement scheme contrast test results,finally confirmed using lime amount instead of mineral powder for the best solution to improve the water stability of asphalt mixture,And the conclusion is applied to actual highway construction.
