As an important tool to obtain the ground information,aerial cameras have been widely used in military and civil fields.Due to the image motion caused by the relative motion of the aerial camera,the target imaging will become blurred.Study and design the image motion compensation system has become one of the key technology to ensure the imaging quality of the camera.The main contents of this paper have the following four aspects:Firstly,This paper studies on the main reason of image motion,meanwhile,analyses affecting of image motion to the imaging quality and compares the several common methods of image motion compensation.Based on the above research,this paper puts forward the suitable method of the image motion compensation.Secondly,Based on the proposed optical image motion compensation plan,this paper designs the two-dimensional high-speed galvanometer structure and analysis the working principle of the structure.Thirdly,According to the design of two-dimensional high-speed galvanometer,this paper analysis the key factors that influence the position accuracy.And analysed the main source of position error of the forward image motion axis and the sweepward image motion axis.Lastly,The finite element simulation analysis of the high-speed galvanometer is designed to verify the rationality of the system.
