With the rapidly develop of national standard of living as well as the construction industry, some housing securities is waiting to be solved, therefor the detection and identification of housing security is coming to being. Building-structures and slope engineering safety monitoring is one of the most reliable means to rock slope high buildings' safety identify, mainly by means to obtain the date of displacement, crack, fit between the member of high buildings and slopes and the angle,height and soil mechanics parameters and other related information of slopes, then take these dates into security models to obtain the safety rate of building structures. Actually, the final identify results is obtained by dividing alert values, but those alter values are independent and blurry, which may lead to unreliable of the final result of building identification. In this paper rock slope high buildings is the certain line, basing on the existing security building specification, by meas of theoretical analysis, studying on the complex issues of rock slope high buildings, then setting up model according to the analysis results of corresponding parameters selected. Finally, verification the reliable of the model by combining with engineering example. This paper mainly studies in the follow aspects:Firstly, described the standards of rock slop high buildings, showed the the safety identify of buildings can only objects on qualitative analysis but not be quantified while according to the actual standards, and the result of identify can be random in the identify process. According to the special of rock slop high buildings, divided it into upper safety identify and substructure identify. Analyzed the theory of safety identify and thesafety grade classification principle in upper structure and substructure identify.Secondly, analyzed the factors of rock slope high buildings influencing the safety of buildings. Analysis the influencing factors of upper structure with the security software—FLAC3D,ensuring the parameter used in the model. Making simple models to analysis the high,angle,cohesion and friction of slopes to calculate the sensitive of each factors, analyzed the principle of monitoring methods and principles to supper structure and substructure,then analyzed the strengths and weakness of each methods and describes the common monitoring tools.Thirdly analyzed the special of rock slope safety identified, then pointed pointed out the rock slope rise building safety assessment of the qualifications required for the model. By introduction of several common security calculation—Grey system theory,the Analytic Hierarchy Process,Intelligent computer.Comparing the pros and cons of each method and the feasibility use in identification the safety of high-buildings built on rock slop. Mentioned a new method of calculation—Support Vector Machine, and analysis the theory and calculations of that new method.Summarized the advantages of the feasibility of support vector machine used in high-buildings built on rock slope to other methods, and the way which used in solving the shortcomings in structural safety identify. Established the simple model of safety identity of high-buildings built on rock slopes, then verified the feasibility of the model through the identified results of existing buildings,and taking the results of rock slope stability analysis into the results of results of support vector machine,then by the co-analysis,ensure the feasible of support vector machine in high-building built on rock slope identification.In the last, combining with engineering example, this section analyzed the detailed process and the final identified results of high-buildings built on rock slope. By using support vector machine in the example, verified the existing support vector machine model can be used feasible in single case.
