Research On Project Management Information System Of 10 KV Distribution Line For Jintan

This system is mainly developed for the project management process for distribution circuit engineering. It mainly involves project initialization and different modules including the management of capital, construction, acceptance, statements, abnormalities and system. In this paper, the design and part of the functions for the 10 k V distribution circuit engineering project management information system in Jintan District has been completed. This system is an information management system applied for the distribution circuit engineering project. The application of this system makes the project management for the distribution circuit engineering flexible and effective. The contents of study for this subject are mainly as follows:(1) This system has effectively integrated various functions for distribution circuit engineering project management, making the information in the modules transferrable and sharable in the system.(2) This paper has discussed and analyzed the requirements, design and realization of the system in detail. During the process of development and realizing the system, the object-oriented modeling and developing method has been applied. For example: when analyzing the requirements, the use case diagram and activity graph modeling has been used. During the design process, the sequence diagram and entity relationship diagram modeling has been applied. These modeling can simplify the process of requirement analysis and design.(3) The implementation of the system can optimize the procedures of distribution circuit engineering project management. From the initialization, construction, to the final acceptance of the project, including the capital and abnormality management during the process, this system be beneficial throughout the process. Therefore, the management layer of electric power department can manage the engineering project of all distribution circuits through this system.(4) The implementation of the system realizes the project management of the distribution circuits and integrates other management systems of the power department in terms of contents.
