Switched reluctance drive(SRD) system is composed of switched reluctance motor,power electronic switch and drive control system. It has a series of advantages: simple structure, low cost, strong fault tolerance, small starting current, high precision,convenient control, and in the rapid development of power electronics and microcomputer control technology under the support of the good controllability, so that SRD is one of the hot point of current research. SRM work location in the closed state, therefore, need to provide the corresponding displacement sensor for accurate location information, and introduce the physical position sensor of the SRM structure is complicated, and the physical sensor still such as low accuracy, parameter error and so on debugging position,which greatly reduces the performance of the whole control system. The rise of soft sensing technology provides a new idea and method to solve the indirect detection of rotor position of switched reluctance motor. So get rid of the limitations of traditional physical sensor, the "soft measurement" of the indirect detection of rotor position, realize the real-time and accurate prediction of SRM rotor position, which has important theoretical and practical significance to optimize the structure of SRM and improve the control accuracy of the system.In this paper, using the least squares support vector machine method to build soft sensor switch reluctance motor rotor position prediction model, the soft measurement model to the phase winding flux linkage and phase current as the input variables, the rotor position as output variables, and according to the deviation signal model, the differential evolution algorithm(DE) to optimize the parameters, so as to realize the real-time and accurate prediction of rotor position, MATLAB simulation results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method. Further based on the characteristics of SRM and soft measurement method, the design of SRD high speed digital system based on TMS320F240 digital signal processor as the core, design and development of control system of hardware circuit and software program, and based on the digital control system,carried out the experimental study on SRM rotor position.
