During the courses of the daily operating of power system,most of the high-tension apparat are installed in some tough and complicated circumstances which could be high field intensity,foul,ice coating,dramatic changes on the temperature and moisture.Within these tough environment,it could be long term suffering about a series of problems on the equipment such as the insulation degradation or aging and so on.Most of them are owing to the different factors influencing such as electricity,temperature,moisture,illumination intensity or exogenous process.It could form corona or electric arc on the electric parts even lead to some insulation flash over,breakdown or power outage even worse.It could be a damage to the reliability service of power system.In order to check out these problems as early as possible,we need to take efficient methods to proceed defect treatment so as to reduce the chance of equipment failure.There are many techniques can be utilized.Like for instance,the living technique is used to the deal with the problem of abnormal electric discharge.Among these advanced techniques,the measuring and testing technique of infrared light plus ultraviolet light are used extensively.In this essay,with the analyzing the infrared light and the ultravioletmeasuring and testing technique utilized in the electric discharge techniques,we proposed a kind of integrating testing technology which is based on the blending of the infrared light and the visible light.In the essay,we have researched a designed proposal and project which could realize these detecting techniques.We have proceeded some filtrating and optimizing process about the combination algorithm.We have also contracted and selected the various types of the crucial sensors.Mean while,we have completed the research and certain development about the hard ware system,by means of related designs such as embedded computer system,recombination rays,detectioncircuit,some auxiliary circuit,power management,switching circuit and the optical system.Finally,in order to verify the performance of the hardware circuit and sensor conditioning circuit,we fulfilled some specific debugging on the hardware circuit and the parameter performance which are belonging to the recombination line system.We have conducted exploratory trials about the related functions on the model machine over and over again,which is a series of testing works including completed the open flame,compound lighting lamp,high voltage contrast and the electrical equipment comparing.By the aiding of the testing result,we can draw the conclusion that it has a certain applying potency because of the distinct advantage of the recombination lighting detecting system comparing with mono-lighting detecting system.
