| The design process of rotor blade was involved with a wide range of subjects which reasulted in complicated design modification work,long design cycle and high labor intensity.This paper aimed at solving problems in the process of blade design using rapid design technology to rebuild the blade design process.The software was realized by the rapid design technology.Then,blade design cycle was shortened,the design efficiency was improved and the labor intensity of designers was reduced with the rapid calculation of rapid design platform and rapid blade modeling capabilities.The specific contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Research on the method to build platform for rapid design of blades.The functional modules were designed to meet the design requirements by the way of designing the interface using the C#windows application platform and taking modular technology and sharing hidden design knowledge with each module and developing.The rapid design was realized in the form of building the blade design platform.(2)Research on the method to achieve a rapid calculating method of blade design platform.Automatic computation is an important feature of fast calculation.The means of the automatic calculation was achieved by the way of developing calculation module of blade aerodynamic performance and calling the business software of static strength and dynamic characteristics.(3)The aerodynamic design,structural design and dynamic design method of blades were studied and verified.The validity and practicability of the calculation results were proved.(4)Research on the method to realize the rapid design function of rapid modeling platform of blades.Automatic modeling is an important feature of rapid modeling.Through the secondary development of CATIA technology,rapid modeling and auxiliary blade manufacturing of products were achieved.The labor intensity of designers and manufacturing costs were reduced by the way of building the rapid design platform for blades with fast calculation and fast modeling function.The quality of manufacturing was improved.The goal of making the design process of blades automated was achieved. |
