FRP(Fiber Reinforced Polymers)has been widely used in reinforcement construction with the advantages of high strength,light weight,corrosion resistance and so on.FRP anchor as an commonly used methods of anchoring measures for external reinforcement FRP material,With the advantages of quick and easy construction,excellent anchoring effect and so on.But the root of traditional FRP anchor made of carbon fiber is prone to shear failure,due to the carbon fiber itself has the deficiency of inadequate shear capacity.In order to improve the shear strength of the root of anchor,we mix stainless steel wires on conventional anchors.The shear strength and the anchoring performance on CFRP sheets with different mixing ratios were tested by several experiments.The main contents are as follows:1.In order to investigate the effects of different diameters and different mixing ratios on the shear behavior of the anchors,the ultimate shearing strength and deformation of fiber bundles with different diameters and ratios were tested by self-made shear test device.2.Tensile experiments were carried out on 17 sets of experimental component with different number of anchor beams,arrangement,and mixing ratio.In order to find out the influence of the number of anchor beam,arrangement method and mixing ratio on loading process,failure mode,stress on the surface of fiber,ultimate load capacity and deformation capacity of anchored specimen,the experimental data such as loading process,failure mode,stress on the surface of the experimental component,ultimate load-carrying capacity and deformation capacity are analyzed and studied.3.Based on the combination of theoretical deduction and experimental data,the calculation formula of single shear failure capacity with FRP anchors reinforced concrete structural members was deduced.
