Ultrasonic flowmeter is widely applied into flow measurement of the petrochemical engineering,mine drainage,raw water of reservoir,circulating water of the metallurgical industry,water consumption of the aluminum factory production,chemical medicine of pharmaceutical factory and other domains.With the improvement of science and technology,researchers propose an increasing demand of the measure precision and the instantaneity.As a result,it is meaningful to developing a highly precise,real time performing ultrasonic flowmeter.It is also one of the hotspot in research of ultrasonic flowmeter.This paper makes the research aiming at these two parts,and the main research content is as follows.1.Waveform judgment algorithm and high accuracy time measuring algorithmThis paper combine the dual threshold algorithm and the period algorithm to predict the collected waveform is ultrasonic signal or not so as to improve the precision of detecting the ultrasonic signal.By using the improved pulse counting algorithm,arrival time of the ultrasonic signal is computed correctly.2.Synchro Squeezing Transform(SST)To restore the ultrasonic wave as truly as possible,this paper adopt SST to mapping the time-domain signal into the time-frequency domain signal,to setting the frequency range in the time-frequency domain,to filtering the non-ultrasonic signal.Furthermore,this paper use MATLAB to make the analogue simulation and to verify the feasibility of the algorithm.3.Generalized Synchrosqueezing Transform(GST)Basing on the SST,GST is put forward by this paper to enhance veracity of the time frequency representation.The first step is to make the ultrasonic signal with the various frequencies change into several signals in the frequency bands.The second step is to map these signals into the time-frequency domains.Furthermore,this paper use MATLAB to make the analogue simulation and to verify the feasibility of the algorithm.4.Establish the database and communicate by bluetoothThis paper establishes the database to realize the real-timely calls of the data and real-timely compute of the data.A quick sort algorithm is applied into the procession of the data to acquire the maximum value in some certain periods.Through taking bluetooth communication system,installing the bluetooth communication APP,setting the bluetooth communication protocols,the paper can make the mobile phone launch instruction and make the bluetooth module receive the instruction and return the required response.
