There are many factors that affect the life and quality of high-pressure gas cylinders,such as spinning technology,liner materials,finite element simulation and filament winding technology.This paper studies this from many parts,including mechanics analysis,solution and aging system,filament winding and cylinder test.First of all,a new solution and aging system is proposed to make the aluminum alloy liner designed in this paper has a good performance.In addition,under the condition of constant solution system,study the effects of different aging time on the properties of liner: tensile strength,yield strength and ductility.Secondly,in order to eliminate the phenomenon of fatigue damage caused by stress concentration,a new manufacturing method of inner punching technology is put forward.Before the winding,the liner was washed into a certain pressure of the air to a certain expansion and deformation.After curing and cooling,slowly release the air,liner and composite materials stripping.There is a certain gap between the two.This method makes the liner force become uniform,reduce the fiber fracture rate and improve the life of the cylinder.In addition,in order to make the high-pressure gas cylinder to achieve the technical requirements of lightweight and long life,proposed a two-step molding technology.Compared with the traditional one-step forming technique,the self-tightening stress required by the technique is small.In addition,the requirement of the equipment and the tensile stress of the inner liner become lower during working,so improving the life of the gas cylinder.In practice,fatigue and blasting tests are mainly designed to verify the performance of high pressure cylinders designed by two-step molding technology.Finally,in order to meet the needs of engineering,a new manufacturing method,in vitro measurement technology,is proposed.Compared liner stress measured by the strain gauges outside of Cylinders to the reference standards,the cylinder data will get improve.The use of this technology short the high-pressure cylinders research and manufacturing cycle,cost savings.
