As a sort of original abroad and cheap raw material,biomass resource has a promising prospect of developing.The technology of biomass gasification is an efficient utilization of biomass resources.Biogas can be used as the raw material of methanol.After the completion of methanol synthesis,the remaining CO can be used as raw material to synthesize DMC along with the methanol,which determines the fundamental direction of material flow in biomass gasification of DMC synthesis process.The optimum combination of gasification based on methanol synthesizing and DMC synthesizing techniques would offer an efficient way of utilizing bio-resources,reduce both fossil material and energy consumption,more importantly,breed possible new techniques in the future.This paper established the simulated process of the biomass gasification for DMC synthesis system and carried out relative computer simulation analysis.Results yielded from the simulation were close to relevant literature reports with the error within a reasonable range,which verifies the feasibility of the model.In this paper the main operation Parameters applied in biomass gasification unit,methane reforming unit,methanol synthesis unit and DMC synthesis unit were scientifically analyzed so that the optimal combination of those Parameters was achieved.As shown by the results of the simulation,biomass gasification unit works best when gasification temperature is 600?,pressure is 0.1MPa,S/B=0.8 and CO2/B=0.3,methanol synthesis unit works best when synthesis temperature is 140?,pressure is 3MPa.Under the condition of the best operating Parameters of system,the yield of DMC is 0.4608 Kg per kilogram biomass.The carbon conversion rate is 72.7%.
