| Cement concrete pavement has been used widely in Chinese road construction because of its own advantage such as high strength,high stiffness,good stability and so on.However,with the flourishing development of road construction,the joints of cement concrete pavement appear some serious diseases,which lead to the service life reducing greatly.Therefore,studying the performance of cement concrete pavement with joints has a great significance.According to the basic theory of finite element and structural features of cement concrete pavement,this paper establishes the three-dimensional finite element model considering the interface contact and impact action.The result indicates that the destruction index of pavement increase with the load.As the cars speed up,the load time is shorter,so the destruction index of pavement drop.The vehicle and the road resonate when the wavelength is eight meter,which lead to the dynamic load factor reaching a maximum.Besides,the larger impact factor,the more obvious stress concentration.The load-transfer efficiency is the important performance of joints,which affect the use of cement concrete pavement.So this paper analyze the load-transfer efficiency of joints and the stress at pavement bottom by experimental system.The result indicates that the load-transfer efficiency will improve with the diameter of dowel,which increase the contact area between the dowel and concrete and enhance the shearing rigidity.The length of dowel play an unconspicuous role of load-transfer efficiency and stress.The increasing of pavement thickness will greatly reduce the stress.As the load times grow,the load-transfer efficiency will weaken while the stress increase. |
