The development of fuel emissions in engineering machinery field have been greatly accounted by the hosts step by step.The excavator performance especially for the huge tonnage in use process has yet to be improved because of high energy consumption and economy.This topic for the performance of a 36 t hybrid hydraulic excavator,a comprehensive optimization analysis for each system is made.The research of hybrid excavator compared to select the experiment performance with the same tonnage of a ordinary excavator and through the system optimization,the new hybrid excavator has equal working level to ordinary excavator.By comparing simulation,a series of conclusions are made in that hybrid technology has certain superiority which provide some exploratory instruction on hybrid technology in the application of hydraulic excavator.This topic research and work contents are as following:(1)Based on the comparative analysis of the key characteristic parameters in auxiliary energy system,a series of performance optimization way for the generator,monomer batteryand the battery pack is found.The important value of the application of battery management system in hybrid technology is shown in the paper.The rational use of auxiliary energy system can effectively improve its service life which is of great significance for the promotion of hybrid technology.(2)By analyzing the hybrid and oil hydraulic system,the differences between the two systems are found.Through the AMESIM simulation system,The significant energy saving effect of hydraulic accumulator in slewing brake energy recovery on hydraulic system is found.Comparing to the effect by with-or-without hydraulic accumulator on the stability of the rotating platform.(3)A series of comparative study to radiator on cooling system,comparing the matching relationship between three different radiator layout and two different engines,checking the radiator simulation results and then general principles of the cooling system optimization is obtained.(4)Power system model which is suitable for hybrid system is established using SIMULINK simulation software.A concrete analysis of operating mode and control strategy for the power system is made.Having characteristic analysis on the same tonnage of 36 t hybrid excavators and common excavators,the detailed comparison has carried onin many indicators aspects on power,energy saving,economy and system stability.The related technical indicators which belong to hybrid technology are analyzed.
