As a highway pavement maintenance technique,Novachip thin overlay(1.5~2.5cm thick)in preventive maintenance and the pavement skid resistance improvement obtains a certain degree of recognition.But its technical implementation requires more expensive side spray adhesive layer of patent the roadside stalls spread oil,special equipment of mixture,leading to the high construction cost,and the equipment is difficult to adapt to the heavy traffic,therefore,it is difficult to get wide application in the maintenance project of local roads and highways.In order to make ultra-thin can use conventional spraying equipment,Paver Construction in accordance with the distribution method of paving mixture spreading spray adhesive layer oil,overlay,paving cover and can adapt to the heavy load,the thin overlay of anti sliding coarse mixture performance and durability,process the performance,and the adhesive layer oil adhesion of the thin overlay with anti-sliding capability was improved,and the study on some road conditions that may be encountered during the construction of the applicability and technology of each construction step was conducted and finally put forward the good durability thin overlay design and construction technology.The study of ultra thin asphalt by orthogonal design cover composite rutting test surface temperature stability,through the collection of Shaanxi area the highest pavement temperature,tire ground pressure,driving speed and other relevant information,and summarizes the great influence on the range of temperature,pressure,rutting ground speed.According to the various factors of the scope of the design,the design of 3 kinds of asphalt mixture,the choice of different temperature,rolling speed,load level,Orthogonal test was conducted to evaluate high temperature performance,through the dynamic stability to evaluate its high temperature performance.The influence of various factors on the high temperature performance of the ultra-thin asphalt overlay was analyzed.Through the indoor accelerated loading abrasion test instrument developed by ourselves,the simulation of the vehicle on the road,to put a value(BPN)and texture depth(TD)as the evaluation index,the surface skid resistance thin overlay,by controlling the properties,including stone mixture type and load intensity of different influence factors on thin overlay of asphalt mixture anti sliding performance,analysis of asphalt pavement surface attenuation law,combined with the influence of high temperature performance,obtained under heavy traffic has a good anti sliding performance of thin overlay asphalt mixture.Modified emulsified asphalt was prepared by two period method mixing,the influence of emulsifier,stabilizer and polymer dosage on special adhesive layer oil residue and the storage stability was investigated,special adhesive layer oil with good compatibility was prepared It was also compared to ordinary emulsified asphalt and SBR asphalt emulsion.The basic properties of adhesive layer oil test shows that the performance of special adhesive layer oil has excellent road.The influence of different experimental factors(vertical load,temperature,shear rate,emulsified asphalt spraying amount and interlayer structure depth)on the shear strength of the oil in the super thin layer was analyzed.In order to evaluate the application effect of thin overlay on the highways with heavy trafic,opened one year after the test on the road by conducted a field survey,the results show that the performance of asphalt overlay layer does not appear to damage by water and rutting,further validation of conventional equipment,heavy traffic paving thin cover applicability. |
