Research On The Rapid Repairing Technology Of Asphalt Pavement Pothole

At present,China is in the new period of urban modernization and road traffic development,while the total mileage of the road continued to increase at the same time,road maintenance has gradually become an important part of highway construction.Pit slot is a typical diseases of the asphalt pavement,seriously affecting the driving safety and comfortable of the road.This article first introduced the commonly used methods and equipment for rapid repair of asphalt pavement,compared the advantages of circular pit slot repair and the square pit slot repair,and invented a circular pit slot milling planer device.Secondly,made up two types of fast repair materials for asphalt pavement,one is epoxy resin,curing agent,softener,emulsified asphalt etc as the main material of epoxy resin mixture,and according to the different binder materials,the modified epoxy resin mixture and epoxy emulsion ring asphalt mixture were prepared,by Marshall test to determine their respective optimal dosage of binder was5.5% and 5.1%.Then,through the rutting test,the low temperature bending test and other tests show that the modified epoxy resin mixture and epoxy emulsion ring asphalt mixture can quickly and efficiently repair pits,and has good road performance.One is based on the metakaolin and alkaline activator and emulsified asphalt as the main raw material of the ultra-early strong inorganic mixture,according to whether the binder contained emulsified asphalt,respectively prepared the ultra-early strong inorganic mixture containing emulsified asphalt and didn’t contain emulsified asphalt,through the study of two ultra-early strong inorganic mixture molding method and health methods,put forward the design of such mixture;and then tested the two kinds of mixture of compressive strength and compressive modulus of resilience.The results prove that the two kinds of ultra-early strong inorganic mixtures are good pit slot repair material for bituminous pavement.Finally,this paper applied finite element analysis software to the following aspects :different wheel load in different positions,different pavement pit slot dig shape and mechanical properties of repair material for asphalt pavement pit trough the study of the mechanics analysis,according to the results,the improved method on pavement rapidrepairing materials and repair procedure(shape and equipment)are proposed.
