Scenic area is the important carrier of natural resources and historical heritages,appreciating natural endowments and recognizing cultural connotations become two major tasks of scenic area.In the planning of traditional scenic area,the planners often focused on the aspects such as natural resource protection,traffic organization,spot building and construction,travel route arranging,facilities constructing.The main way to reveal the inner cultural connotation of scenic resources is displaying or exhibition,an effective cognitive methods which is consciously and also lead tourists to actively participate in is needed.In addition,a necessary environment can make this happen is also actively demanded.Sightseeing contains a large number of cognitive activities,it is a "dialogue" between the tourists and scenic resources.It is not only to make people aware of the beautiful scenery,experience the physical and mental pleasure,but also recognize the rich cultural connotation which buried deeply underneath the interface through a variety of sightseeing activities.Therefore,it is extremely necessary to construct a sightseeing system with effective cognitive conditions from the perspective of cognitive psychology and cognitive activities.The Design Theory of Jonassen's Constructivism Learning Environments(CLEs)is the theory to analyze teaching activities as the theoretical basis for the design of the construction of the teaching goal to meet the outcome of "meaningful learning".And also the theory to explore the relationship of the "Dialogue" and "Cooperation" between learners and knowledge.Therefore,it has an important theoretical significance to "graft" the basic framework,design goal and teaching method of the Design Theory of CLEs to sightseeing cognitive system.In this paper,after summarizing the basic methods of CLEs,the writer intended to analyze the elements organization,operation mechanism,basic structure and functions from the essence of cognitive psychology and cognitive activities.Then apply the basic framework and teaching methods of CLEs to the organization and construction of sightseeing cognitive system,summed up the effective method,and applied the methods to practice with examples at last.
