| The more traditional parameter identification method is used in closed loop control.Model predictive control has the biggest advantage of the open-loop control strategy.It has the advantages of simple structure,convenient control,and can combine various constraints of system processing object.In recent years,MPC has become a hot research topic in the field of motor control and been put into various attempt and exploration.This paper gives a solution on oil submersible motor overheating fault and energy saving problem of induction motor.A segmental V/Hz ratio speed control method of induction motor is introduced based on model analysis.The development of Lab VIEW PC configuration program realizes temperature identification,induction motor speed regulation and energy saving control on-line monitoring function.On the first stage in this paper,according to the basic principle of model predictive control and the nonlinear model to predict the basic description,temperature difference in the form of induction motor is presented to identify discrete model,to remove the disturbance and system identification error in the equation of state,to find the constraint conditions of temperature identification model,design the appropriate objective function,reduce the input swings,improve the accuracy of identification system.Secondly,according to the temperature identification model of induction motor,the new speed identification method is put forward to improve the accuracy of parameter identification.Making analysis about the physical structure of the rotor,introducing the causes of rotor slot’s harmonics,discussing through the identification of rotor slot harmonic working principle of induction motor speed.Based on the method of harmonic frequency spectrum analysis in the current signal,the linear frequency modulation Z transform(CZT)algorithm is introduced,and the theoretical research and simulation analysis.The problem of efficiency and the energy loss of induction motor,in-depth studies are focusing on the analysis of induction motor energy flow and loss calculation,loss analysis model is established and derived motor total loss and the power supply voltage and the relationship between the pressure and frequency ratio,in Matlab/Simulink platform structures,inverter and induction motor simulation model,the validation of the proposed segmentation pressure frequency ratio control strategy,combined with experimental platform for different condition of experiment,the limited control set the pressure frequency ratio and frequency of the input control sequence of collection,provide the basis for next temperature closedloop energy-saving control.Finally,this chapter firstly set up the control system of induction motor energy saving experiment platform,and the hardware design of signal acquisition and communication circuit,the PC program of development based on Lab VIEW virtual instrument,using the G language,C language function controller design build a subvi process is complete,comprehensive development engine condition monitoring and energy-saving control system,the experiment is based on the analysis of the model to predict the temperature stability and accuracy of the identification algorithm,and the section pressure frequency ratio control strategy in motor energy saving effectiveness of performance indicators. |
