| Two degrees of freedom rotation of the linear motor is a kind of novel motor without intermediate transmission device,integrated rotary motor and linear motor control in one.Through two sets of three-phase windings of power supply mode,it can realize rotary motion and linear motion and the synthesis of spiral movement,with high efficiency,high precision,mechanical cooperative control higherintegration utilization material.Using this kind of motor as flywheel energy storage system,the self suspension function of the motor can be realized,the volume of the flywheel is reduced,and the power density of the flywheel system is improved.And it has important theoretical significance and engineering application value for its electromagnetic analysis design,mechanical structure design and mathematical modeling in-depth study.Based on the analysis of the structure of rotating linear motor,the problems existing in the motor system of flywheel energy storage are analyzed.And the mechanical structure,operating mechanism,electromagnetic coupling,axial force and prototype experiment of the double stator two DOF rotating linear motor are studied in this paper.The research contents are as follows:Firstly,the structure and control method of the existing two degree of freedom rotating linear motor are analyzed,and the structural characteristics and operating mechanism of the combined and coupled motor are classified and compared.Based on the double stator linear motor model,established the mathematical model,theoretical analysis of the air gap magnetic field of its special structure,and analysis of the operation principle of rotary linear motion in two degrees of freedom,given the feasible motor mechanical structure.Secondly,a three-dimensional finite element simulation model is established for the electromagnetic coupling of double stator rotating linear motor.According to whether the rotor yoke magnetic material,magnetizing method and rotor yoke thickness,analysis of electromagnetic coupling characteristics of the motor rotating magnetic field and the traveling wave magnetic field,and the methods of suppressing electromagnetic coupling is given according to the research results,provide the basis for the design of double stator linear motor rotation of two degrees of freedom.Then,the influence of the internal and external motor structure on the axial force fluctuation is analyzed for the two free rotational linear motion coupling problem.The influence of ripple,slot effect and end effect on thrust ripple of internal linear motor is analyzed theoretically,and the method of restraining thrust fluctuation effectively is given.The influence of the length of stator and rotor,the length of stator and rotor,and the structure without core on the fluctuation of axial force are analyzed.The motor structure that can effectively restrain the fluctuation of axial force is determined,and the cooperative motion precision of internal and external motor is improved.Finally,a prototype of double stator two DOF rotating linear motor is fabricated,and the manufacturing process of the prototype is analyzed.The test scheme of this kind of motor is given.The experimental system of two degrees of freedom rotating linear motor is built.The main performance parameters of the external rotating motor and the internal linear motor are tested experimentally,which lays a theoretical and experimental foundation for the further research and analysis of the two freedom rotating linear motor. |
