Abstract/Summary:
The dike road is prone to the deformation of uneven settlement of the embankment due to the complexity of the filling materials and the harsh conditions of the water temperature.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the basic materials at the base of the uneven settlement of the roadbed,and studies reasonable basic materials under the force and deformation of the basic materials.Pavement structure model is established by finite element method.After that,this paper analyzed the failure mode of semi-rigid base materials under the uneven deformation of the roadbed using several kinds of crack resistance test method for semi-rigid base material design.Outdoor full-scale simulation test was carried out to study the ability of honeycomb graded crushed stone composite base to resist uneven deformation of subgrade.The main research is as follows:First of all,the pavement structure model is established by finite element analysis software Abaqus,analyzed the mechanical response of asphalt concrete pavement and cement concrete pavement structure when the uneven settlement of the subgrade is 3cm.the mechanical characteristics of semi-rigid base materials,Finding the control index of semi-rigid base material is the tensile stress of the bottom layer.In order to study the influnce of the uneven settlement,introducing the concept of fault factorsttlement and stress intensity to describe the influence of bottom tensile stress.Fingding that the stress intensity factor increases linearly with the increase of the maximum uneven settlement.After theoretical analysis,evaluating crack resistance of cement stabilized gravel materia with the bending test and split test.The influence of curing age,gradation type and cement dosage on the corresponding indexes was analyzed.Introducing three point bending test method in fracture mechanics with the concept of fracture toughness and fracture energy to evaluate the crack resistance of cement stabilized sand gravel materials.Good results have been achieved.Finally,compared the graded crushed stone base material with the hive-graded crushed stone composite the base material outdoor full-scale simulation test,at the grass-roots level of resistance to deformation ability,has analyzed the roadbed compaction degree of honeycomb-graded gravel composite deformation at the grass-roots level.Based on the above two points,the applicability to the uneven deformation of the roadbed with the base of the honeycomb was evaluated.
