As the world's energy gradually reduce,the humanity will certainly pay more and more attention to emerging represented by solar energy.Therefore,related to the solar industry will obtain more development space,how to improve the utilization rate of solar energy become the research hot spot.The current solar tracking device is mainly divided into single axis tracking and two-axis tracking two kinds.Biaxial tracking equipment belonging to the traditional serial mechanical structure,a direction of driving parts must needs another direction of bearing parts and can cause power loss.Of the existing parallel solar energy automatic tracking device,there exists a complex structure and low efficiency of receiving,failed to achieve high efficiency and energy saving.Research,therefore,a kind of new type,efficient and steady solar energy automatic tracking device for the use of solar energy have vital significance.This paper proposes a parallel type solar energy automatic tracking device,can be accomplished by coordinated movement of three branched chain in real time,high efficiency,stable tracking of the sun.Paper's main work is as follows:After examining and master a lot of solar energy automatic tracking device,on the basis of related literature and data,and combine the characteristics of the law of the sun and the actual need,through comprehe nsive comparison and analysis,design a kind of parallel type solar energy automatic tracking device ontology structure,and through the Creo 3.0 software for tracking device for parametric modeling.In order to design the mechanical part and control part,tracking device carries on the detailed analysis of kinematics and statics.Based on the analysis of the variation of sun height Angle and azimuth Angle in lanzhou region,this paper provides theoretical basis for further tracking device parameter optimiza tion.To limit position tracking device cases with the static analysis and modal analysis of key parts,the lateral branched,middle and base of branch chain of the first six order modal analysis was carried on.Parts are validated by test,strength and st iffness performance meet the requirements,thus further verify the feasibility device,provide reliable guarantee for a prototype.Based on multi-objective genetic algorithm for tracking the NSGA-? device of the structural parameters optimization design and analysis,get the Pareto optimal solutions,according to the technical economy of selecting a set of optimal solutions developed as a reference.By optimizing the processing,the tracking range of the tracking device has been greatly improved under the new structure parameters.
