Multi-action inner cruve low speed high torque radial piston motor is one of the widely used hydraulic components because of its characteristics as follows: high power density,high start torque and stability under low speed condition.The stator curve of motor determines force and motion regulation of piston roller components,also determines output performance of multi-action inner curve hydraulic motor.The phenomenon of contact fatigue is common in stator curve,Influence the working life of motor.The performance of stator curve has close relationship with the life of motor.This paper takes multi-action inner cruve low speed high torque radial piston motor as the research object,through theoretical calculation,simulation,contact analysis,dynamic analysis and other methods to study and analyze the performance of motor stator curve.And I hope this paper could make contribution to research and development on the inner curve motor which with low speed,high pressure,big torque and long life in the future.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Overview radial piston motor and stator curve both research and development situation at domestic and abroad.Describes future development trend of this kind of motor and research background with significance of this topic,summarizes the main contents of this paper.(2)Through analysis of piston roller components stress,according to Hertz contact theory,the mathematical relationship is obtained between maximum contact stress of roller and curve.With the help of matlab solution,the results are analyzed,demonstrate the theoretical rationality of this results.Analysis performance effect of stator curve that piston roller components under different initial conditions.Especially for the initial degree acceleration analysis which caused stator curve damage,there is an interval of initial acceleration.Analysis stator curve with other components design in the process,in order to reduce stator curve contact stress.Finally,this paper summarizes attention of the motor design.(3)Analysis working process of inner curve motor,and calculation parameters of stator curve,solution and drawing stator curve of equal contact stress.Based on the results of stator curve with equivalent contact stress and elastic hydrodynamic lubrication theory.Mathematical relationship is obtained that thickness of oil slick between roller and stator curve.Through calculation and analysis,the oil slick thickness of radial piston motor that normal operation can adjust the needs of bearing capacity and lubrication.(4)Finite element analysis was carried out on the main contact parts of motor,selection roller in different position of stator curve respectively to simulate motor's total deformation,maximum contact stress,curve deformation and roller deformation,as truly as possible to reflect deformation which roller in different position of stator curve.(5)Establish inner curve radial piston motor virtual prototype model of rigid body dynamics.Dynamic analysis of motor,analysis of stator curve contact stress changes in process of roller rotation.Verify inertia force of piston roller components to stator curve contact stress affection.
