| With the abundance of food and fewer physical labor,obesity has become a social problem of all countries.Modern sports medicine have proved that: the body’s energy consumption is mainly composed of basal metabolism,the heating effect of food and physical activity.Doing sports,which can raise basal metabolic rate,increase aerobic exercise time and control diet,is a healthy and effective way to lose weight.On account of these needs,this paper applied inertial sensors,aerobic exercise detection based on target heart rate,algorithm processing,foundation and calculation of human energy expenditure model,voice remind technology to the design scheme,and realize wearable aerobics auxiliary system that is able to distinguish motion status and reflect physiological exercise load.Now the laboratory prototype has been made on this system,the desire function can be reached through test.This paper extends the application of wearable device space,which will have a great value in the field of auxiliary movement and effective weight loss.Specific work is as follows:Collect gait information with inertial sensor and optimize step algorithm.Test and discuss the influence to step algorithm which can from selection of noise processing algorithm,wearing place of inertial sensor,moving status like walking or running and difference of age.Distinguish aerobic and anaerobic exercise according to the bull’s-eye rate,make real-time detection to heart rate during exercise and compare it with bull’s-eye rate.Then remind users with voice module and help activists to finish aerobic exercise.For exponential and linear model of energy consumption made by movement,through MATLAB simulation,study the connection from speed and weight to energy consumption within bull’s-eye rate of aerobic exercise,make the results that exponential model can fit actual energy consumption value better.Based on this,this paper then analyze factors which can influence energy consumption value,and improve calculation methods to energy consumption of previous model under aerobic exercise.The three aspects of research results above are applied to the design and implementation of this subject(wearable aerobics auxiliary system).This paper uses six shaft sensor to collect movement gait information,and designs algorithm to complete step calculate function;Calculates target heart rate based on information collected through keyboard;Combine the heart rate sensor,distinguish aerobic or anaerobic exercise with comparison of heart rate and bull’s-eye rate during sports;Use voice module that can guide user to make real-time change from current motion status to aerobic exercise mode;Quantifies the physical activity with the improved calculation method of energy consumption under aerobic exercise. |
