Distributed Generation is one of the novel approaches for the current energy crisis,environmental pollution and the demand for high power supply reliability.Its rapid development conforms to the economic and social demand for high reliability of power supply.As a component of the flexible access to distributed energy,the island power supply system,known as planned island,composed of the distributed power supply and part of the users could improve the reliability of important user power supply and distributed energy usage efficiency in the Smart Distribution Grid.It has been recognized that switch optimization configuration is the main measures to improve the reliability of power supply in traditional distribution network.But when the distribution network integrated with Distributed Generation,there will be an inevitable impact on the switch configuration options.The flexibility in power distribution system operation and the complexity of calculations of system power supply reliability will be increased.In this paper,the model and algorithm of switch configuration in distribution network integrated with Distributed Generation are studied in detail.The optimization model of island division optimization model and switch configuration optimization model are established,and the solutions to the optimization models based on Quantum Genetic Algorithm are discussed.The optimal allocation of the program distribution network integrated with Distributed is achieved,and the specific research work are as follows.1.With the constraints of power supply,DG output,energy storage capacity and voltage level,an islanding division optimization model is established,and the method of islanding division in distribution network integrated with DG is given.2.Based on the division of island,the power supply recovery process of distribution network is introduced,and the optimization model of switch configuration is established.The optimization model takes the sum of the switching investment cost and the power outage loss as the objective function,with the total number of switches as the constraint condition.Taking the impact of island operation mode on power supply reliability into account,the methods of the average power outage time and power outage loss calculation are given respectively for different distribution network structure.3.Based on the standard example of PG & E69 node distribution network,the distribution network model with four DGs is constructed.The optimization models of island division and switch configuration are solved by Quantum Genetic Algorithm.The optimal island division program and the switch optimization program of the distribution network integrated with DG are obtained.Taking into account the economy of the switch configuration,the optimal configuration of the switch can be achieved by optimizing the configuration of the distribution network integrated with DG power distribution switch,which can effectively improve the reliability of the distribution network power supply and the efficiency of the Distributed Energy utilization.
