This paper designed and implemented a general automatic test system,and completed the the test of airborne digital audio management unit.The unit is the core of the audio management in the aviation aircraf.It is responsible for managing the flow of all the different audio signals.The test of the airborne digital audio management components is more than ten channels.With different input signal,and then through a specific filter for analysis,to make a complete test for device.At present,foreign test systems are expensive,while the domestic test system,although semi-automated test program,but in the line switching and audio panel control and other aspects of the more common automated test methods,test efficiency to be improved.In this paper,the automatic testing system of airborne audio management unit is not enough,the test system script is complicated,the interface and test logic are highly coupled,test data is not fully utilized and test result is not fully statistical and visualized.Proposed a common hardware architecture design,with the software platform driver and device virtualization design,to achieve hardware reuse,and audio management panel virtualization,reduce system hardware costs.The use of Python to build the core software test system,greatly simplifying the development complexity,while the Web technology to build the interface system,the interface is more beautiful,highly modular components.Systems use Websocket to communicate,to achieve lower coupling,development and maintenance costs to further reduce.Data transmission using JSON format,through the NoSQL database for storage,statistical analysis using Web chart components for visual display,to solve the data preservation and use of the problem.On the basis of the test system,combined with the development of the test set,the test system will be applied to the audio management unit of the automated test.This system will be completed a set of general automated test system,the test system can complete the airborne audio management unit of the automated testing requirements,the system is designed for easy development and later expansion and upgrading,hardware platform and software platform interface in accordance with the standardized design,Easily replace the type of test equipment,or develop other test equipment test set,while multiplexing the same number of test equipment,thereby reducing development and maintenance costs.The system is easy to use the relevant personnel to quickly and easily complete the equipment testing,and finally provide intuitive and complete test report used to locate fault.
