Clutch as the key components of a vehicle power transmission and interruption,the performance of its actuation system will be directly related to the subjective feelings of the driver.According to related survey data,it shows that the maintenance rates of clutch are often placed in the top three of all accessories in some auto service companies.The breakdowns like clutch separation improperly,clutch slipping and heaviness of vehicle clutch pedal caused by clutch actuation system are the main causes of the damage to the clutch.At the same time,with the requirements of the automobile manufacturers and users to the performance of clutch actuation system getting higher and higher,the study on the characteristics of clutch actuation system becomes more and more necessary.In order to solve these problems,the purpose of this paper is to study the characteristics of clutch actuation system deeply.First of all,combining the research data at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign research status of clutch hydraulic actuation system,and makes clear the significance of further study on the characteristics of clutch hydraulic actuation system.The components,working principle and mechanical properties of the hydraulic control system of the clutch are described.The performance evaluation index of the clutch hydraulic actuation system is presented.The three main influencing factors of the clutch hydraulic actuation system are summarized: clutch assembly,hydraulic system,pedal mechanism.Secondly,the characteristic curve of the clutch actuation system to be studied in this paper is introduced,and the mechanical model of the clutch hydraulic actuation system is established.The clutch pedal force test platform is built and the force characteristic curve of the clutch pedal under the required working conditions is measured by the pedal force detection system device.The simulation and experimental results are compared and analyzed.The calculation method of the clutch pedal force efficiency and stroke efficiency is put forward.The corresponding working conditions are worked out,and the simulation and test are carried out.Then,according to the performance evaluation index of the clutch control system,the ideal pedal force characteristic curve is obtained,and the specific performance improvement target of the pedal force is put forward.Through the test method,the clutch operating system of a certain car was tested,and the clutch pedal steering characteristics at different engine speeds were obtained,and the main problems were found out.In view of the specific problems,the main influence components of the clutch hydraulic control system are analyzed,and the corresponding performance improvement measures are put forward.Finally,according to the above theoretical analysis,a clutch actuation system characteristic analysis software is designed by using MATLAB GUI.By inputting the relevant parameters of the clutch control system,the characteristic curves of the clutch operating system can be obtained,which greatly reduces the actual design working time and cost,and to ensure the reliability of the design.This paper mainly studied the transmission characteristics of clutch hydraulic control system,characteristics,influencing factors and performance improvement methods,the modeling methods and conclusions can provide theoretical guidance for structural design and troubleshooting of the clutch control system,and lay theoretical foundations and test methods for the further design and development of low cost and high efficiency clutch control system related parts and components.
