| In the past 20 years,with the rise of unmanned combat system,various countries have paid more attention on the development of this system and have developed a variety of unmanned systems such as unmanned aerial vehicle platform,unmanned ground platform,unmanned underwater vehicle platform and unmanned surface vehicle platform etc.The development of unmanned surface vehicle(USV)platform is relatively late,but because it is the only one that can be used for unmanned vehicle in the overwater environment,the water surface environment as well as the underwater environment,it has a very important role in unmanned systems.In the research of USV,the hull type design and analysis of the fluid dynamic performance of the hull is the premise,mainly reflecting in the rapidity,maneuverability,seakeeping,anti overturning performance and cooperative function etc.In the design of USV,considering the mutual coupling of multiple systems,using multidisciplinary design optimization method,which can coordinate the influencing factors between systems and obtain the optimal design results,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the design cycle and reducing the cost of the ship design etc.In this paper,a new type of USV has been taken as the research object,a USV model has been designed and producted by installing hydrofoil in the bow and article splash proof on both sides of the boat-tail,which was used to carry out the preliminary study on correlation model test.Considering the main features of USV performance and cooperative performance and other functions,a comprehensive optimization mathematical model of USV has been established.Through the usage of the C# programming language,combined with a variety of optimization algorithms and strategies,a comprehensive optimization software has been developed.Finally,a comprehensive optimization study of USV has been carried out.The main research work and analysis are as follows:(1)Three kinds of intelligent optimization algorithms including genetic,chaos and particle swarm optimization,and parallel and hierarchical optimization strategies,have been introduced in detail,which included the basic principles,operating procedures and advantages and disadvantages of a variety of optimization algorithms,and the concept and implementation process of different optimization strategies and so on.(2)The design and production of the new type of unmanned surface vehicle model has been completed.Firstly,the hull,hydrofoil and superstructure and other hull type section of USV model have been designed and producted.And then,the design,production installing of the propulsion system,maneuvering system,intelligent control system and communication system of USV model have been completed.(3)A preliminary study on the USV model test has been carried out,including the inertia test,the turning test,the rolling and pitching test.Based on system identification theory,combined with the optimization algorithm,using C# programming language to compile the identification optimization softwares including USV turning software,rolling software and pitching software,which have been used to identify and analyze the test data of turning,rolling and pitching test,which provides the basis for the establishment of mathematical model.(4)According to influence parameters of the performance,including USV performance,cooperative performance and other functions of USV,the optimizationmathematical model of USV performance,cooperative performance and other functions of USV have been established respectively.Among them,the USV performance consists of four parts,which are rapidity performance,maneuverability performance,seakeeping performance and anti overturning performance respectively.And the optimization mathematical model of cooperative performance and other functions of USV have been established by the path planning between two locations.Finally,the comprehensive optimization objective function has been constructed by the objective function of performance and function in the form of power exponent product.And combined with all design variables and constraints,a comprehensive optimization mathematical model of USV has been constructed.(5)Combined with the optimization algorithm and comprehensive optimization mathematical model of USV,the comprehensive optimization software of USV was compiled on the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 platform using the C # programming language,and then the comprehensive optimization calculation and analysis of USV has been carried out,including the calculation and analysis of different optimization algorithms,the analysis of the influence of the external layer strategy and the parallel strategy on the optimization algorithm and the discussion of the influence of the weight on the optimization system.Through a large number of optimization calculation,the optimal method and the influence of each optimization system can be obtained,which provides a certain basis for the study of the optimization design method of the unmanned surface vehicle in the future. |
