Aiming at the shortcomings such as low efficiency,slow heating and high failure rate in the traditional ship fuel supply unit auxiliary EHS(electric heating),Electric heating devices of heavy oil ship oil supply unit has been transformed from the concept including energy conservation and environmental protection.This article uses energy-saving environmental protection IHS way(electromagnetic induction heating)to replace of traditional ship fuel supply unit EHS cylinder electric heating.The IGBT inverter output high frequency current through the electromagnetic induction coil directly heating oil pipeline,finally control heavy diesel viscosity between 12-15 cSt,to ensure good quality heavy oil injection and atomization,rapid viscosity adjustment and efficient control of the heavy oil.(1)The application status of heavy oil EHS in ship fuel supply unit is introduced,taking the host of power 4400 KW as the research object.IHS is used to replace EHS for heavy oil heating.Then carried out the overall design for heavy oil pipeline IHS,including the IHS calculation of the selection,heavy oil pipe system selection,piping structure and so on.(2)The economic analysis of heavy oil IHS method was carried out,and compared with EHS way in terms of convective heat transfer coefficient,electric heating efficiency,energy saving and environmental protection,the advantages of heavy oil IHS mode were discussed.(3)For the characteristics of heavy oil pipeline IHS,aspects of the induction heating coil structure,materials and pipeline structures,materials,etc.are optimized.The COMSOL Multiphysics multi-physics simulation software was used to simulate the structure and material of different heating coils,and the materials were simulated.According to the simulation results,the heavy oil pipeline IHS was optimized and selected.(4)In order to verify the rationality of the heavy oil IHS simulation by COMSOL Multiphysics,an overcurrent temperature rise experiment was carried out.Finally joined the STC90C51 single-chip development of the control module,taking the 180 # heavy oil as an example,the automatic control system of heavy oil temperature based on temperature PI regulation is designed.
