| Photovoltaic generation has many advantages:the resources are abundant and environmentally friendly;the energy conversion process is simple;the Operation and maintenance is simple and so on.Therefore,it is the most sustainable development of the ideal characteristics of renewable energy.With the development of application of PV generation,the accommodating capability of PV generation has become the main factor restricting its development.Large-capacity energy storage system can solve the problem such as adverse effects of random fluctuation of PV generation on power grid,low pressure tolerance of PV generation under fault and PV power generation cannot be absorbed.To a certain extent,it can improve the accommodating capability of PV power generation.How to configure the capacity and location of the ESS,so as to enhance the capacity of PV power has become a new issue to be solved.Based on the principle and control method of PV generation and energy storage system,simulation models of large-scale PV power generation and universal ESS were built in Power System Analysis Software Package(PSASP).This paper takes the CEPRI-36Bulk Power Systems the research object.Firstly,the maximum injection capacity of PV generation system under static and transient stability constraints is calculated.And the optimal grid connected position of PV generation is determined according to the safety and economic evaluation index.Secondly,the ability to enhance the integration capacity of PV generation by ESS is studied from two aspects of the location and capacity.Through the establishment of normalized multi objective evaluation model and weighting assignment,evaluating the improving degree from the capacity of PV injection capacity,power grid voltage level,the network loss and the stability by ESS under different points.The multi-objective optimal power flow method is used to optimize the capacity of ESS under the premise of PV generation acceptance ability and the safe and power system secure operation. |
