Ultra-high pressure is an important development direction of hydraulic pump.In order to design the ultra-high pressure axial piston pump,the load and structural analysis of key parts,including shaft,piston,slipper,cylinder-block and swash-plate etc,were carried out on the basis of the structure of existing high pressure axial piston pump,and establish the corresponding analysis methods and processes to solve the main technical difficulties in the analysis process.Load analysis is composed of load analysis of general structure and load analysis of concrete structure.The former is the theoretical basis of the subject.According to the stress conditions of the key parts,the force diagrams were drawn respectively,indicating its positions of force or moment.According to mechanics,mathematics and hydraulic and other related knowledge,the equation were established,and the solution of the equation obtain the expression of each force or moment.The latter provides the data basis for structural analysis and is the specific application of the former.According to the expressions of the force and moment and the related parameters of the concrete structure,the MATLAB software is used to calculate,and the function image of the force or moment under 50 MPa pressure,the maximum and minimum values,and other numerical results are obtained.According to the results of load analysis,the structural analysis part uses ANSYS Workbench software to carry out the structural analysis of each key part,and get the stress and deformation of the part directly.The results show that the maximum value of the stress and the total deformation of each part and its position,and they are used as an important basis for the design of the corresponding parts of the ultra-high pressure axial piston pump.The results of structural analysis show that the stress and deformation of the key parts of the structure of existing do not meet the requirements of strength and rigidity under the ultra-high pressure condition,which need to be further improved in the aspects of material,structural design and manufacturing process.In this paper,the load and structural analysis method is applied to the similar structure of the key parts of the piston pump.In the subsequent design of the Ultra-high pressure pump,the method can be used for structural analysis by replacing the new structural parameters to test the feasibility of the design scheme.
