| Incremental launching construction has some advantages such as simple equipment,no stent,safety,short construction period,high technical content,high quality,no interference,etc.In our country,this method is used to build prestressed concrete bridge over a long period of time.The construction technology is increasingly perfect,but the force of the Bridges in the construction process is complex,it is necessary to simulate the process of its construction.The incremental launching construction technology adopted in this paper on the basis of traditional pusher is improved,absorbs the domestic and foreign advanced experience of pushing technology,perfect the study of incremental launching construction in our country,offer certain reference value to the same type of engineering characteristics of bridge construction.This paper takes the 7 hole 16 m continuous girder bridge as the engineering background,elaborates the pushing technology of concrete continuous beam and the construction process;And analyzes the stress and deformation in the process of the bridge in the pusher.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)According to the location,engineering features and other factors of 7 hole 16 m continuous girder bridge,developes a set of pusher design scheme.Puts forward "the existing railway bridge scaffold prefabrication,lateral walking type multi longitudinal steering push push" design.(2)This paper describes the application of jacking construction technology in 7 hole 16 m continuous girder bridge.This paper designs the structure and installation of the pushing construction,puts forward the idea of pushing along the curve line of circular curve,and develops the adjustable constraint slide way,and the construction method of pushing along the curve track is innovated.(3)Using large-scale finite element analysis software Midas Civil established 7 hole 16 m continuous girder bridge calculation model,respectively,for the overall safety of girder and guide beam are analyzed and checked,and their key section stress analysis;The variation law of the reaction force of each temporary pier support in the pushing process is found out,and analyzes the structure properties and stability.The results showed that both the safety and stability of the bridge meet the requirements. |
